Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information by email.

RETURNS
Returns may be requested within 15 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- unworn
- unused
- unwashed
- in original condition
- returned with all original tags and packaging
Items showing signs of wear, use, washing, alteration, damage, or missing original tags may not be accepted.
To request a return, contact info@birdega.com with your order number and the item you would like to return.
Returns must be approved before being sent back.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Birdega is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you when the return has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please allow additional processing time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.
EXCHANGES
We do not process direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size, color, or item, return the original item and place a new order.
This helps ensure the replacement item remains available and can ship without delay.
FINAL SALE
Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
Gift cards are non-refundable.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact info@birdega.com as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue.

Because the Bolso 45 is offered through a limited private release, separate return conditions may apply.
Any product-specific return conditions stated before purchase will take precedence over this general return policy.
